A 3X USC All-American and 1st Round Draft Pick, Seth Etherton pitched 15 years professionally. In the Major Leagues with the Angels, Reds, A’s, and Royals, and internationally with Quintana Roo Tigres, Santurce Cangrejeros, Tigres de Aragua, Toros de Este, Aguilas Cibaeñas, Kia Tigers, Uni President Lions and Uni President Tigres. After his playing career, Seth coached collegiately at USF and USC, and spent seven years coaching in the Cincinnati Reds Organization. He has coached notable MLB pitchers including Tanner Bibee, Hunter Greene, and Nick Lodolo, with an approach built on strong relationships, player health, and individualized, sustainable development. Seth and his wife, Summer, have been married for over two decades, have four children, and a family whose foundation is faith.
A former UCLA left-handed pitcher and MLB draft pick with the Giants, Ryan brings more than 20 years of coaching experience and serves as Director of Player Development for San Juan Capistrano Little League. He believes fun is a skill players relearn at every level.
A Capistrano Valley High and Utah Valley University alum, Garrett was named WAC Freshman of the Year and played professionally in the Frontier League with the Windy City Thunderbolts.
A California high school standout and 2019 CIF champion, Gunnar played college baseball as a shortstop at Golden West College and Division I Southern Illinois.
Coach Payne brings decades of high school coaching experience, including long tenures at Dana Hills and San Clemente and every level at Santa Margarita Catholic.
Jon Pittman is the JV baseball coach at Dana Hills High School and previously spent two years coaching the lower levels at Tesoro High School. Since 2018, he has provided private baseball instruction in Ladera Ranch, helping players of all ages develop sound fundamentals, improve mechanics, and build confidence on and off the field.
A former MLB infielder with the Mets, Dodgers, and Diamondbacks, Chris played 18 professional seasons, including time in Japan. He was a first-round draft pick and a 1986 College World Series All-Tournament selection out of Loyola Marymount.
